Returns & Refunds Policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 3 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 3 days from the date you purchased/paid the goods.

We will not be held responsible for any cancellation requests made after the designated cancellation period. Please note that orders can only be canceled within 3 days of placement. After this period, cancellations will no longer be accepted.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day we have confirmed the cancellation of your order. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

    For the safety and well-being of our customers, we do not accept returns on sex toys unless they meet the specific criteria outlined below. This policy is in place to maintain the highest level of hygiene and to protect our customers from potential health risks.

    We will only accept returns under the following conditions:

    • Physical Damage: If the product arrives damaged due to shipping or handling, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

    • Defective Product: If the product is not functioning properly or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a return.

  3. Return Process
    To initiate a return for a damaged or defective product, please follow these steps:

    • Contact our customer support team at support@lustcollections.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

    • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos or videos of the damaged or defective product.

    • Our customer support team will review your request and, if approved, will provide instructions for returning the product.

  4. Return Shipping
    Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.

  5. Refunds and Replacements
    Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, we will process your refund or replacement within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  6. Exceptions
    We do not accept returns for the following reasons:

    • Change of mind or personal preference

    • Items that have been opened or used, unless they are defective or damaged

    • Returns requested after the 7-day return window

Returning Goods Notice:

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the address from the confirmation email you will receive.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a gift certificate for the approved amount will be emailed to you. This gift certificate can be used for future purchases from our store.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
